Hello my name is
Benjamin Beardwood.

We at beardwood/brandt editorial inc. have created and developed this website as the first truly interactive site for people afflicted with the Hepatitis C virus.

We hope friends and family may also find the information presented here informative and helpful when dealing with afflicted family members.

The most important feature we’ve built into the site is that we give you the ability to upload your very own video “C-Story” so that you can share your Hepatitis C experience with others in the Hepatitis C community.

I myself had hepatitis C for about 15 years before I made the decision to receive treatment for it. I can tell you from firsthand experience that the course of treatment is extremely difficult to go through.
Had www.thehepatitiscepidemic been available to me during that time, it would have been extremely helpful, giving me a place to go to where I could have been comfortable discussing my condition with other people outside of my immediate family and friends.

I hope that our website proves to be a valuable tool in your recovery.
